For a 20′ container, you’ll need approximately 60 feet of clear space. A 40′ container requires about 120 feet. The delivery truck needs 10 feet of width and at least 13’6″ of overhead clearance, with up to 16 feet where the container will be tilted off the truck. If the delivery looks challenging, we’ll visit the site in advance.
Containers can be placed on grass, dirt, asphalt, gravel, or concrete — anywhere that’s firm, dry, and relatively flat. If placed on soft ground like grass or dirt, we recommend putting the container on beams or corner blocks for added stability.
